jack model-what year is it??

It appears that several of us feel that different Flat Fendered PW's came with slightly different model jacks.

Here is a photo and a diagram that was copied from a the "Tools" section of a PW parts book(year unknown), was used on ebay.

Does anyone know what year PW this jack is for?

Does anyone know what year PW parts book this is?

My 47-56 parts book does not have a tools section.

I am looking for a jack for a 53 B-3-126 PW.
