The honor of that designation probably belongs to Eastern Oregon. Quite a few in Eastern WA too. I'm in the transition zone, half hour East is bone dry, half hour west is soggy.

I have never seen a rust-free (unrestored) 60s-70s IHC. Might be some in AZ or New Mexico. Some discussion at oldihc.org that the binders of the era were designed to be disposable after 75k miles. Sweptines have similar rust areas, but seem to hold up much better. Especially doors.

The '50s IHC bodies are another story. Dodge made wonderful front sheet metal on the WMs and WDXs, but they never made as durable a cab as the '50s IHCs. (Now that would be a mongrel project). Which makes the crappy bodies in the '60s even more of an embarrasment to IHC.
