Hi Will,
Since you are asking a lot of Sweptline questions you may also want to go to the Sweptline web site (at the link below). You cannot install a four headlight grill unless you also change the hood. Four light grills are found from '61 to '65, two lights from 65 1/2 on to '71. The years that interchange are '61 to '67. '68 stands alone as the only year with it's own hood and grill, and '69 to '71 can interchange with each other.
Towing is arbitrary, some larger trucks had the \6 also, but the key was the gearing and transmission combo. If towing is your thing look for 4.11 and 4.88 gear tags on 100's and 200's. The 300's had 4.88 and 5.87's. Thw WM300 had 5.83's, the W500 had 6.80.
The Binders were fine old trucks, but you'll have a lot more sucess getting parts for the Dodge. I didn't notice where you were located, but there many Sweptline Power Wagons still around in various parts of the country. Go post at the Sweptline forum and check it out.
