if you came across to the tire store the same way you have on the forum i can see why they
charged you for the service they did. Also if you had an attitude then they will go by the book figuring that no matter what they did for you - you would complain about it. turn it to their insurance and go on with their business.
thats how it works in the business world
went thru a lot of problems 18 years 30 tire stores - scream & yell - see you in small claims - next
same thing last 20 years in auto dealerships
