Mico Lock is a dash mounted brake cylinder. Lever mounted to an eccentric cam that pressurizes the system, locking all 4 drums. Like standing on the brake pedal, when parked.
It's on the off position and I've verified that it's at the low point on the cam.
I'm going to bypass the booster first, it's the first in line after the master cylinder.
When bleeding, everything went normal, until I bled the booster, then the system locked up.
