Ya this is the sister truck to yours. I came real close to buying that truck when it was in Longmont. I had $600 in hand, but he wasn't home. Consecutive numbered Power Wagons.. That would be something. I talked to a guy that owned your truck in the 70's. He had an invalid son and sold it because he thought the ride was a bit harsh for his son. The guy that owned it before Eric went on a bender and smashed it up over his wife leaving. That's about all I know about it. Eric thinks they were Navy trucks, but I don't know. Mine was originally Mustang Grey like BLM and Forest Service trucks. Anyway they were part of a fleet purchase. By the way I have a 64 TW fs. Send me an e-mail. I'd like to keep in touch with the sister truck. Maybe we can find out their origins.
