Is it a Magnum? My later model knowledge was removed during my lobotomy, but I believe that the Magnum bell bolt patterns are differnt from the LA and POLY patterns. Otherwise it could bolt right up IF the splines and shaft diameter match, which most like they do not, older NP435's had a 1" 10 spline input later models were 1 1/8 with more splines. If all of this Drivel doesn't help, call Beeville or Advanced Adapters.
