I have a Rear PTO on my 59 W300 (PG style), but it was to run a wrecker body, not a belt pully.

I have never seen, or heard of a PG era style PW, or a 61-71 style PW with a rear belt pully.

The rear crossmember is totally different, and does not lend itself to a rear belt pully.

Rear PTOs are not uncommon, on non-Flat Fenders but they all ran stuff on the rear body, like a winch for a boom, etc.

The 57 W300 was a Flat Fender style Power-Wagon, 58 was the first year for conventional bodied W300s.
