That's a beaut, first picture I've seen of one mounted and operational. But, don't you have a hard time getting traction on that shiny painted pulley? Working with old sawmill equipment, I figure a rusty pulley is a sticky pulley and a sticky pulley is good. The "fast" pulley is especially prone to slipping, being the smallest one.
