Dave, neither of those numbers cross to anything I have listed for an application on a Power-Wagon. I do not have a cross reference to NAPA (usually Victor oil seals), but National #410308 is the correct sized double lip reinforced oil seal for the transfer case companion yokes. If you want to go with a higher quality high temperature seal with a Polyacrylate lip, #470308N is the number.
