Rance Baxter does EFI conversions for all sorts of stuff. Electromotive also offers systems that would require fabrication of manifold bungs, sensor mounts, ignition wheel (crank trigger) mounts, etc.
This stuff is expensive. Like on the order of $2500-$3000. With the proper equipment and tuning, you could have EFI that works as good as the systems available on new cars/trucks.
I want one for my slant six powered dragster, but the $$ are just not there.
