Ray - go to an auto upholster shop and buy some waterproof cardboard and cut out the headlier pattern , i ve made two headliners very very easy ,you can leave it black or paint it , i think i spent about 36.00 total for the cardboard, when you start to install, wet the back side with amonia & water in a spray bottle and it will bend & conform to the cab, if you need a pattern i think i still have one and will send it to you . good luck .
