Roberts motor parts has floor mats, I went the route of buying a headliner from Roberts as well(too hard to make your own in my opinion). Door handles give vintage power wagons a call. Screws I'd just paint them same as the side door panels. Arm rest(s) I am uncertain about mine had the originals. Just my 1/2 cents worth.
