This is a subject I endeavored to figure out some years back but at that time there was no
practical solution.
Over the years I have found or seen items that would make this a possibility. In the performance catalogs SUMMIT and/or JEGGS, there are some universal retro fuel injection systems but whether or not there is one for a 6 cyl. I don't remember. This is not a throttle-body but comes with a manifold having injectors which could be mounted in a home or custom made manifold.
The best solution I see is to take the injectors and fuel injection system out of a wrecked 90's fuel injected 258/4.?Ltr in-line 6 as used in the jeep products which are now a chrysler product, build a steel tubing copy of the original L-6 intake manifold with places to screw in the injectors which would mean 2 injectors per intake tube. Of courseyou could always go with three 1-bbls using a custom 3tubing manifold except you would need a syncronizer to assure even carberation and response. Hope this puts someone on a good and successful path.
