From What I've been told, the crewcabs and extended cabs were built by aftermarket coach builders. Like Campbell, and Cantrell did with the woodies. Back in those days, you could get just about anything you wanted on the Power-Wagon chassis. You just had to ask nicely $$$. I think Herb Hobi has a WDX Crew Cab and he's tried to build one more using the original as a pattern. Might want to give him a call and get more info. I seem to remember Robert Metcalf may have had one also. I know Herb had a extended cab truck that was purpouse built for a geophysical outfit, that he sold.
