Good Morning, Dodgers:

In reference to the Ebay auction mentioned earlier in this forum, I sent the following message to the seller, thinking that perhaps he was unaware of the fact that the photo and description did not match.

"If the high bidder thinks that he is bidding on the truck pictured, which happens to look like it's in great condition, and actually wins the pile-of-parts described in the text, someone is going to be unhappy."

Here is the reply that I received from the seller. It is obvious from his reply that (1) he is aware of the discrepancy, and (2) he has intentionally attempted to confuse the potential bidders. I find his attitude rather disturbing. It is clear that this is not a person with whom to do business. I hope that this person is not one of our Forum friends, and that I may have misjudged him, but these are the facts of the case.

His answer:

"Everything is fully detailed and in plain english. If they happen to be high bidder then they should have read the information very closely, if they didn't read the information closely then pray tell who is the not so bright person, me or them? I never bid on anything without reading everything in the descrption, also the shipping and handling, and any taxes that may also be connected to the auction. It is the buyers responsibility to READ. Thank you for you input though I do appreciate your concern, obviously you read the details :-). Have a great day."
