48 PW Cab Mounts 1 more time?? Thickness?

OK, I thought the mounts were thinner on the back than the front. I have looked again and they are all the same height on the cab and the frame mounts are the same height also. SO dose this mean the rubber mounts are the same height? Also what would be a close thickness for them in height? I know I may have to shim but wanted it close first. Thanks again, Mark H.
