I can get you the numbers, but you might get faster service by just going to any auto or truck parts place, and checking them out. They can be gotten in a nice rounded, cast pot metal, chrome-plated back, or a black-painted, stamped, sheet metal back, sort of in the shape of a shallow tin cup. Note that both of these are METAL, just like they used to make them back in 2002.
Some come in a one-wire version, which takes a single-contact lamp that is bright (32 candle power) to be used for turn signal, or brake light when used in the rear, or in a two-wire version, which uses a double-contact lamp which has both a regular brightness filament (I think 4 cp) and a 32 cp filament. This is like your typical #1157 situation in a tail-light on a modern truck.
My choice is the double-filament version, because it gives you a running/parking light feature.
