These conversions were done by Truckstell, Cleveland 14, Ohio and were called the "Truckstell-Willock Swivel Frame" conversion. Design was meant to increase maneuverability and traction by keeping the tires on the ground. Joe Hiem in Flordia had one of these swivel Power Wagons many years ago, but I'm not sure whether he still has it.
