I agree thats what I had always heard, but I have
one sitting in my backyard sitting right next to
my 54 C3 flat fender. This can all be collaborated
by Scott Youngblood another flat fender owner here
in Georgia. There is a tag attached to the dash
that states as follows.(The driving axles of this
vehicle equiped with no spin differantal for great
er traction safety and econmy. No spins postively
rotate all driven wheels under power. Warning
elevate wheels when balancing,servicing axles,
wheels or brakes See manual maintain uniform tire
pressure. Detroit Automotive Products Corporation
11445 Stephens Drive Warren Micigan USA 480089
Model No KS 22A)
There is a picture of a Locker assy on the tag or
plaque.
The ID plate in the door jamb is as follows
SN 2461703185 S.O. NO 96182689
WM300 251 engine
rear axle cap SPEC
rear axle SPEC
Make SPEC
Model SPEC
In the special equipment section of plate
sert no 005500 NO SPIN D 25850 FRT MTD W
sert no 44550 ICC REF-(which I believe is the
Power assist steering)
I also have the US government certificate of motor
vechicle release (Standard form 97)
certificate no 43-3037-56
67 Dodge WM300 with above serial no.
from the Tennesee Valley Authority
Chattanooga TN 37401

Talk about falling into something thats not
supposed to exist.
As I said Scott Youngblood can verify.
Scott if your out there verify please.
I can assure this is a flat fender WM300
I do have W200 convential as well I know the
differance.
Thanks
Roger
