George Farrier sent a note saying that he was watching King Solomon's Mines, a 1950 movie with Stewart Grainger and
Deborah Kerr, on Turner Classic Movies TCM. At the end of the movie and before the next movie played they had about
20 minutes to fill. They showed a short on the use of the Power Wagon during
the making of the movie on location in Africa. It was obviously a promo for Dodge as it talked about the Power Wagon and it was the
star of the movie. They used a pickup and two of the school bus style Power
Wagons. Even showed one of them winching out another truck from a stream. The
stars were also shown with the Power Wagons.

I checked tcm.turner.com and the movie will be shown again on February 20th or 21st (their calendar is off) at 6 AM EST, and again on March 15th at 10 PM EST. Check your local listings!
They don't make any mention of the Power Wagon piece.
So get a blank tape ready in the VCR.
