This should be a lesson to all of us flathead owners. If you dont know the engine always retorque the head bolts before putting a magor strain on it. Run it to opperating temperature then retorque the bolts while its still hot. Also retorque after replaceing the head gasket. Follow the proper sequence to avoid warping the head.
