MOPAR has spray cans of engine paint in their catalog. This is probably what you want:
"P4529148 Aluminum Silver - This color was used as far back as the 1940s and as late
as the early 1960s. Most of the early Hemis and other 1950s engines used this color."
Check with your Dodge or Chrysler/Plymouth/Jeep dealer.
