The frames are the same but the opening hardware is different between the civilian and military trucks. Civilian trucks used the twisting "T" handle in the center top of the dash that attached to a metal "extender" which screwed to the bottom center of the windshield frame. The military trucks used two slotted arms to hold the windshield open, one on each side of the windshield frame that attached to brackets located about half way up the inside of the cab at each side of the windshield opening. Tightening one round metal knob on each side against these arms held the military windshield open. Nevertheless, with a bit of wrok a frame from one can be made to wrok on the other. considiton of frame is more imortant than opening hardware. Good luck!
