If I ever get a chance, I am going to try to put a notch in my extra stock gas tank and mount it on the other side, opposite the stock one. I have a PTO, so it would have to be notched. With no PTO, I think a guy could simply mount a stock one on the other side, have a hole cut in the stocker, weld a neck on it, link it with gasoline safe hose and double your gasoline capacity. Aside from the dangers of cutting and welding a gas tank, this is almost a do it yourself proposition! Just hook the tank up to the tailpipe of some vehicle for awhile B4 working on it, make sure it is staying full of exhaust the whole time, there should be no problems as the exhaust will force out the fumes.
NOTICE::: I HAVE NEVER TRIED THIS MYSELF, talked to many who have, none of them were maimed, but this is a try at your own risk type of idea!
