I just purchased a WC 12 1/2ton dodge closed cab military for 2400. Since its 97% complete and runs I do believe it was a fair price and runs. I have been around the rigs for some time and can usually size them up quickly. Probably 1000 or so is fair what you have since it will require at least 2k to get it nice. Engine rebulids arn't cheap. But all in all its sheet metal that counts so use that as a basis to judge by then consider the mechanicals.
