Recently pulled the steering wheel from a 42' wc26 that I am restoring. Wheel was badly cracked but structurally sound. Opened cracks with file and filled with epoxy putty. Sanded all and ready to paint. What type of primer and finish coat do I need to use? Assuming wheel is bakelite or some type of hardened rubber. Would appreciate any guidance.
