My M-37 has had this swap. The 251 is about 1 1/2" longer than the 230 so few parts will interchange. If you have a
251 the swap is not to bad. The front motor mount sits forward of the original so you will need to drill new holes.
The fan will be very close to the radiator and the shroud will require a notch for the fan belt. The pulley on the
generator will be in this notch to. Once installed you don't have room to get at the radiator hoses or the change
the fan belt without moving the radiator forward. Anthony Linn has takeout Canadian Radiators for $200 I think. I
have been considering the change to get the Radiator a little farther from the fuel pump and improve maintenance.
The only other thing that is you will need a new head pipe as the exhaust moves forward a bit. If you have specific
