From what you described this is normal condensation for this time of year with short trips. If you take the truck for a good run down the road(hour or more) once a month or so it should keep her cleaned out.

I have dropped the oil pan (needed a new gasket anyway) and did not find any of this stuff in the pan. I don't seem to be losing any water so I am lost. I found a great amount of it in the breather tube also. (tube between oil fill and carb) I have a 1954 Powerwagon and I am puzzled...
