: : Does anyone out there have a parts book diagram or service manual picture showing how the transfer case shifters are meant to be hooked up? Could you possibly e-mail them, or, a service manual proceedure on how to adjust them. I got my FC1 running, and driving, but the shifters seem to be hooked up wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance. J.V.L.
: Sorry about that. The truck is a1954 Fargo Power Wagon with a 2speed , twin stick,t-case that appears to be original. The shifter presently has the long lever in front, short in rear. The rear lever seems to shift hi/lo but will not stay in lo. The front lever binds up when moved and dosen't seem to do anything. Was driving for the 1st time today and it was always in 2 wheel drive regardless of shifter positions. Are the sticks in the right location? Which rod goes to which stick? What is the proper method to set the rod lengths? Etc? Thanks all J.V.L.

the shorter of the two handles should be mounted on the stud outside and behide the longer on.
the straight rod is connected to the shorter handle and the shaft on the pass. side of the t/case.
the bent rod to the longer handle and the drivers side of the t/case.
