I need a right rear, so all you need to find is 499 more guys. My labor to repair my existing fender is going to be about $200. Are you making a full stamping set up? I think there are some cheaper ways to produce in limited volume. The set up cost is less, but the labor per unit is higher. I am having a batch of windshield regulator handles cast, machined, and plated. My set up fee was only $245 and unit cost Is $60 each. I'll let you know if I can sell any.
