Very true and very expensive. On top of paying a king's ransom for two gear sets, unless you are 100% sure on how to set backlash, gear mesh patterns, ect., you must pay a pro install them or buy another gear set in a few months. having said that, I would like to offer another way to increase you highway speed: use an overdrive. You can have the same thing that highway gears would get you and still have the low end grunt when you need it. another advantage is that they are easier to install by yourself. Good luck!
