I have a '78 318 in my truck with a Carter AFB
4bb aftermarket carburetor. It is extremely easy
to rebuild. I've never had any problems with it
and never had fuel starvation during off camber
situations or at high altitude. In fact, other
than cleaning the rust out that came from my fuel
tank I've never had to even think about it or do
anything with it. Everybody I've talked to about
it and everything I've read about it says the same
thing.
