Joe I did the front of my 52 B3-PW, all for about $350.00 I used all new roaters and calipers and went to the salvage yard to get the backing plates.
This is a job that takes some time and to have or have access to the right tools.
If you can weld good it's a job I would recamend to anyone wanting to have the convidents of real braking power on their old truck.
Make a photo copy of the artical in the PWA for your note taking and reference while in the shop, I followed the info fairly close and once you've started you'll see how you can make changes to fit your needs if need be.
I plan to do the rear this summer and have some of the parts all ready to go.
