Message:   I've found the large majority of electrical problems are caused by bad grounds. Good news is you can usually fix them for free with a little scrubbing, polishing and screw tightening. Make sure the engine to chassis ground is good, and if electronic ignition make sure voltage regulator is well grounded to bare metal. Some Mopar alternators require an independent ground from alternator, so check that if yours uses one.

Also battery cables can throw you a curve. They look just fine, but when you peel back some insulation near the battery terminal lug you see the dreaded green crud on wires. Careful scrubbing with a wire brush and a good dose of WD-40 is a temporary fix to get you going, but replace ASAP.

Terry's right, 11 something at idle isn't unusual, but you want around 14.6 at 1,500 rpm's....
