Message:   Congrats! First check out lifts and see how tall they are, you may need to be 14' to clear the top safety rail. A 12'x12' door is a perfect size for entry and for a camper or RV if you ever go that route, for a 12' door you'll need a 14' ceiling.
I've built dozens of garages, shops, etc. Feel free to ask me anything.
