Message:   No ball check's in the FSM schematic. There are 2 nut adjustments that may be critical if they were installed too tightly during control valve reassembly. Here is the text:
3. Install actuator rod and retainer. Tighten actuator rod retainer in sleeve and back off one slot to prevent stud from binding.
8. Install actuator rod nut. Tighten snug, and back off just enough to permit side movement without end play.
