Message:   I agree with Russ's guess of everything coming from a 70's rig, except that axle!
It's a closed knuckle, axles on a mid 70's truck would be open knuckle. the strange thing is it has the steering out of a mid 70's truck. A buddy of mine had a 75' Ramcharger with a closed knuckle axle, something about the steering geometry put a lot of stress on the bolts on top of the knuckle that hold the steering arm. He popped them off at least twice, then swapped the axle out for a correct open knuckle axle, never had a problem again.
It looks like the frame is cut behind the cab and lengthened? I would guess it was a mid 70's frame, but the front sections of frame look correct for a swepty.

Strange, I'd try to find the guy that did it!
