Message:   I believe that the "Hi Line Wagon" means Sweptline box. I am not 100% sure but I can assume that from decoding the 1970 D100 below:

1970 D100 with 8 ft Sweptline bed
-Body Style 4 - Conventional Cab with Sweptline box; Hi Line Wagon

1970 W100 Old Forest Service Truck with added on short Sweptline bed (I believe it used to have a flat bed or work box bed)
-Body Style 1 - Conventional Cab; Compact Cab & Express; Compact Van
