Message:   Yes, that appears to be a 1969 DODGE. If you look closely at the door...directly under the vent window area...there is a "CUSTOM" tag. This refers to a trim package option. Prior to 1969 I know it offered the white steering wheel...however, my 1969 "CUSTOM" package-equipped D300 does not have the white steering wheel. Maybe someone with 1969 sales brochures can help out?
