The fact of the matter is we haven't started to feel just how bad this is going to be, for the High Prices of Energy (unless the consumers stop it) it has already single handly lead to the high rate of foreclosures/why? because 65% of all Americans have a budget that they had to calculate to almost the last penny, then now for the last 3 years their has been 100% increase in the price of Energy/ the price the middle east is charging hasn't changed for the last 10 yrs/ the only thing that has changed is the price added for a barrel price/ no americans could see the Oil companies greedy ness to want to destroy the world market and the yearly/ uncalled for increase, so now the consumer had to make room for the increase somehow/ so first stop paying on the credit cards/ credit card companies (in the state that allows)start garnishing wages to get money owed to them/ so consumer now doesn't have the money for mortgage thus more and more foreclosures (California&Florida) other states have passed Colorado, this is not just home flippers its the average american/ why because we haven't had a payraise in over a decade(minimum wage just this year raised) we don't have the ability to add 100% increase for the Oil companies profit. Your still not even close in your attempt to justify oil prices/ your analogy doesn't calculate that the Oil companies continue to pay the same for the oil that they did 5 yrs ago/ why look at thier profits, if it cost them more then they would just be making it by, but not only are they making it they are the richest in the world/why because they pay .15 a gallon for oil and they have you trying to bullshit us that it cost them $2.30/ when infact you have just proven my case and you are blind to the fact YOUR GETTING RIPED OFF the difference is you like it
