Message:   ....I'm in construction already, I'm a contractor, I go from one job to another which means I travel all over the local counties in the Sacramento valley, clear up to the foothills of the Sierra's and sometimes all the way to the Bay area,,,, in those travels I "scout" you might say,,, I look for stuff that interests me,,,, I really found some COOL stuff in Terry's back yard but he wont let me have it!!!!!! HHAhahha,,,...I also talk to alot of people about the hobbies they are interested in and then I mention what I like to do and usually,,4 out of 10 say something like they know a guy who has this or that and wants to sell it or trade it or just lost interest in it and wants to "OFF" it so I check it out and see if it is something worth investing time or cash into...The Trailduster has already made leaps of changes,, I get it home and almost instantly my son latched onto it!!!.. He has already put a lift kit under it, fabbed up a block under the radiator support to mount the front spring hangers to to lift it 4 more inches than just the springs will do, completly cleaned it up on the inside, put it in the shop building & removed the full top, he is looking for different front and rear axles for it, he wants 8 lug 60 & 70 axles for it,, he and I installed an elec. fuel pump on the 440, and he has totally cleaned the motor and squirted it with some paint,,, funny funny!!,, when he was driving it up to the shop on the gravel road the throttle stuck when he punched it and it just started burning the rear tires and revving totally high and he couldnt stop it till he turned off the key,,, I was a bit behind him with my truck and when I get to where he stopped he was out of the truck and white as a sheet with eyes like saucers!!!! and shaking!!!! ...he is used to driving a toyota with an underpowered 4 banger!! that 440 opened up all 4 and it flipped his mind on the power it had at that uncontrollable moment!!!........anyway,, I have created a monster,,, my kid welds better than me, now he is stuffing money into his truck cuz he does not have anything else to spend it on and,,,,here's the worst of it,,,,he is taking up shop space with this Trailduster project!!!!!!!... His thing right now is that he wants this trailduster to be taller than my W500,,,, we will see about that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.................BNC
