Message:   As long as we have had Dodge Forums, this question has come up and there are many different answers and many of them are correct!
Yes the Mopar site has inconsistencies and yes their own manuals have inconsistencies.
I have come to believe that if you found it that way it's probably correct ha!ha!
Here you see my Poly truck firewall and the turquoise engine over-spray from touching up or painting the engine in the bay...? I always thought they were painted prior to assembly? But it is what it is, Dodge keeps us guessing again!!! ha!ha!
