Message:   Well, a second application of heat and the famous candle trick got the bolt loosened. There was a tablespoon of loose rust and gunk behind the washer.

Now for the damper. First heat/wax application applied. Do these usually come off with a hammer type puller, or will I likely need to resort to a screw puller?
