Message:   I had an optima that was 10 years old in my PW until it finally gave up this last summer. For what it's worth, Portland Fire Bureau uses them in all the smaller rigs that take PU sizes batteries. Having said that, I didn't replace with an Optima even though I think they are some of the best. I am not sure what size it is but when it went down I pulled one battery from my '01 diesel and it fit perfectly. When I replaced the battery I just said I need one for an '01 Ram diesel and it fits very nicely with both top and side posts.
