Message:   I am installing a new electronic distributor, Accel super coil and new 8.5mm wires. I don't know which plugs to use. I know to open up the gap. I hope to regain some power with these swaps. The distributor is original, and I don't think it has ever been removed.
Advance Auto list two different style plugs for the same engine, one with a 3/8" thread length and the other one with a 3/4" thread length. My plug holes threads are 3/8" deep. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jay.
