Message:   Bubba, If you have a complete 65-68 W200 parts truck the swap will be easy, as swaps go. You won't have to fabricate anything. I converted my 69 using a 70 W100 for parts and it all bolts in. I only had to drill holes in the frame to mount the transfer case crossmember. If I were doing it again I'd use a later model truck for parts so I'd have disc brakes and a married transfer case. I might also change to front mounted steering since my parts truck would have it, and many of the later model W200s had power steering. Either way, I would definitely get a doner truck, as it will save time and money in the long run.
