Message:   To me it means stay as far away from a mall as you can if you don't have to be there. I live 40 miles south of Nashville and its just out of reach of all the bustling traffic. I work in Murfreesboro so I don't hit traffic coming or going to work, 46 miles 1 way, and I get there just as quick as when I drove 20 miles thru Nashville. Other than all that, it means immediate family/close friends get-togethers, give thanks and have a big feast, and watch a football game while the ladies are in another room so we can get all crazy. Being thankful for all you have and pray for those in need of prayer. I like what John says about Merry Christmas, and a message to anyone that has a problem with Merry Christmas, go back where you came from or get over it. Merry Christmas to EVERYONE WHY ISN'T THERE A SANTA ON THE "HOLIDAYS" smilies menu?
