Message:   Where is the best place to hook in any new electrical stuff? I wired the horn right off of the alternator figuring that if I ran it off of the battery, if it developed a short, it could drain the batter without showing a drain in the cab. The only issue with that, is it seems like it would be really messy (and likely to get caught in the belt) if you start running any more wires to the back of the alternator..
