Message:   Well, maybe I wasn't smart enough to think of that, but I wanted to use the DTA account and not co-mingle funds, I didn't think of TWO DTA accounts, and the service charge for a small balance account is another $15 a month. I have a Pay Pal account, they just refuse to deposits the funds into the DTA account claiming that the account doesn't exist. Knowing that it does exist (any of you who have donated can see the DTA stamp on the back of your cancelled check)I decided that it wasn't worth it, I didn't need the aggrevation after dealing with it for 3 months, just like their parent company e-bay, they are incredibly stupid, arrogant and ineficient.
With e-bay they initially did not accept AmEx, AND they would not let me complete the registration with hotmail, saying that they did not recognize "free" email accounts, well my hotmail is not free, but that's another story, finally ebay decided that they would accept AmEx (they didn't want to pay a merchants fee) so I re-tried to register, they said, I'm sorry that name and password is already taken, yep it sure is, by ME in my incompleted registration. ebay has the stupidest software and the dumbest customer service of any company that I have ever dealt with, and I must add that not all there were unhelpful, a member of this forum had a connection with ebay and tried to help, all to no avail, and frankly, I'm too busy to spend hours on hold with them after their computer sign up system failed 20 plus times.
Hell Terry, I know it works for the vast majority, that's what ticks me off even more...they're out to get me....ha!ha!
